Great Lakes Capital, based in South Bend, Indiana, is a prominent real estate private equity firm founded in 2005. Greg Dilone Jr brings with him over two decades of leadership and extensive experience in the development and delivery of industrial services, real estate, and management solutions aimed at streamlining logistics and driving revenue growth.

In addition to his role as a partner at Industrial Partners USA, Greg Dilone Jr serves as Managing Partner at Fusion Management Partners. In this capacity, he excels in establishing customer alignment and implementing targeted growth initiatives that yield measurable results. His focus is on serving the manufacturing and industrial sectors, helping businesses capture new markets and optimize vertical integration to enhance operational efficiency.

Greg Dilone Jr's diverse experience encompasses site selection, facility development, property entitlements, brownfield planning, project financing, lease negotiations, procurement of products in both domestic and international markets, as well as the design and implementation of dedicated transportation lanes and industrial services.
