In addition to his role as a partner at Industrial Partners USA, Jeff serves as the Director of Development at Great Lakes Capital. In this capacity, he has spearheaded ground-up development solutions for Fortune 100 companies and successfully delivered over 2,000,000 square feet of speculative industrial lease space in the past two years alone.

Jeff's primary focus lies in the realm of industrial development. However, he also specializes in dynamic mixed-use projects that seamlessly integrate retail, office, and multifamily components, creating vibrant live, work, and play environments.

In addition to his role as a partner at Industrial Partners USA, Greg serves as the VP of Business Development at Clark Logic.
