Industrial Partners USA is a joint venture between Clark Logic and Great Lakes Capital. Clark Logic, based in Portage, Michigan, provides warehousing, real estate management, and transportation & logistics services. Established in 1969, it owns 45 properties with more than 4.5 million square feet of space in Calhoun, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph Counties, and Northern Indiana. 


  

Great Lakes Capital, of South Bend, Indiana, is a real estate private equity firm established in 2005. The company provides office, industrial, retail, medical office, multifamily and mixed-use space. The company’s portfolio includes seven industrial spec buildings in northern Indiana, home to companies like Amazon, AM General and Borg Warner.

Jeff focuses on Industrial development as well as dynamic mixed use developments that combine retail, office and multifamily for a true live, work and play environment.

 Greg bringing over two decades of leadership and experience focused on developing and delivering industrial services, real estate, and management services to streamline logistics and increase revenues. Besides being a partner of Industrial Partners USA, he also serves as VP of Business Development at Clark Logic where he creates alignment with customers and integration of measurable targeted growth initiatives. Servicing manufacturing and industry to capture new markets and optimizing vertical integration to increase efficiencies. His experience includes facilities development, lease negotiations, procurement of products in domestic and international markets, designs and builds dedicated transportation lanes, and industrial services.
